  • Orders will be dispatched on Mondays and Thursdays, unless otherwise specified.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and Australia Post's delivery schedule.

International Shipments:

  • For international shipments, we will use the most cost-effective shipping option available, typically through Australia Post International Express.
  • Delivery times for international shipments may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance processes.

Pre-ordered Items:

If the item is a pre-ordered item, we will ship it after the item has been received and/or assembled. If you pre-order an item, you agree to an undefined waiting time for said product to be shipped, although generally pre-ordered products will be shipped 1-2 months after purchase.

Shipping Fees:

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the destination.
  • The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
  • You understand that we will cancel your order if you have a shipping address outside of Australia and do not select our "international shipping" option at checkout.

Bulk Orders and Additional Shipping Charges:

For bulk orders or orders that exceed the expected shipping weight, we reserve the right to contact you to discuss additional shipping charges. This typically occurs when the weight of the package exceeds our standard weight brackets. We will inform you of any extra charges before processing your order.

Our estimated shipping times are based on deliveries between metro areas. Please note that shipping may take longer outside of these areas due to transportation and logistical constraints.
